We render administration services on and register any RAF or Medical Malpractice trust within Johannesburg and Pretoria Master’s offices. We further tend to amendments of trust deeds and the resignations or replacements of trustees and any matters incidental thereto
We provide the following
- We offer guidance to the beneficiary and/or his or her family on how the RAF or medical malpractice trust works. And we register the trust deed, pay the master’s fees, open a bank account, register the trust for tax and administer the financials of the trust
- We invest the funds with our reputable investment houses that yield the best possible returns for the trust
- We determine and arrange for the income of the beneficiary, and accommodate other additional expenses, such as medical expenses, for the well-being of the beneficiary.
- We communicate with the beneficiary, family, guardian, caretaker and the instructing attorneys in dealing with any queries related to the beneficiary or the master, and tend on visiting the beneficiary at his/ her home when permitted
- Our communication is set out in any official South African language
- We offer the administration and lodging of the Undertaking in terms of Section 17(4)a of the Road Accident Fund Act, 1996, (Act 56 of 1996), AS AMENDED
